So... Cad's been a little sheltered. Since I was about seven months pregnant, our little family gave up the hiking trips. So poor little Cad hadn't been out in the wild of Orange County for a while.
Well, he had a little Boxer friend, Koa, come and visit this weekend. To Cad's credit he did try to keep up with Koa, after establishing that it was HIS home. But Cad's a little old and a little sheltered. His paws are just a little too delicate for the outdoors, and he ended up with sore tootsies. He spent the whole day on the couch and needed a little assistance going to the pottie this afternoon.

He never was able to potty that night, poor guy. Eric wasn't about to hold up his legs in place.
